Our goats are super sweet and very experienced. We have offered Goat Yoga in the Wilmington area for 5 years now. Beginning with ‘Goats on the Grass’ at Tidal Creek Co-op!

They love it, from Beemer the Nanny Goat, that loves to lay down and ground deeply – often sharing a mat with a student during class – to Dear and Determa, tiny Nigerian Dwarf sisters that love to play, but always in a safe way. Some have come to us with disabilities and as owner surrenders, and some have been with us from the start of our Goat Yoga classes (like sweet Beemer) They are part of our family and their home is non-profit I AM HERD Mustang Sanctuary.

We can bring Goat Yoga to the backyard of your business or school! We also have locations in Wilmington we can set up for groups. Plus, we offer Goat Yoga here at the sanctuary as well. Our portable fence sets up almost anywhere. All ages are welcome. Our Goat Yoga instructor, Kim Henry, is wonderful with children and loves the goats like we do. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Capricorn! We provide the yoga mats and we are insured.
